Limited edition miniature print (series of 25) of a red-browed finch.

This miniature bird etching is a limited edition print (series of 25). It’s created using the solar plate etching technique, from a pen and pencil drawing adapted from a photograph by Michiel van Lookeren Campagne. The red colour is added with a brush during the printing process (a la poupée).

7.9 x 5 cm print (paper size 13 x 10.5 cm), on 300 gsm Hahnemühle paper. The print is set in a 8″ x 6″ mat board, so you can pop it straight into a standard sized frame.
